Concierge Management

- Set up your front desk and package room for maximum efficiency
- Create operating procedures, manuals and training aids to create a consistent level of service for your residents and guests of the community

- Ensure that all Concierge are educated on your core values and held accountable to adhering to your career apparel and customer service standards

- We prepare to meet with management on a monthly basis to evaluate the level of service being offered by our Concierge

Consulting
We offer over fifty years of experience in the multifamily industry including Apartment management, leasing, concierge and training as well as working in the apartment staffing industry. With this extensive experience and skillset we know what greatness looks like and we are passionate about helping our client’s achieve it! We are equipped evaluate your sales and service level via surveys, secret shops, observations, and meetings with management to identify strengths and opportunities for improvement. We will assist you in creating or streamlining processes and customized training solutions to help your teams maximize their talents and achieve a higher level of success. Additionally we have a library of resources designed to close the loop with residents such as business correspondence, rent increase strategies, a smooth move-in experience and techniques for working with difficult customers.
